What are the office hours?

Our office hours are By Appointment Only. Please contact us during the following hours:

Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM
Saturday, 8 AM to 2 PM

When can I access my storage unit?

All tenants have 24-hour access to their storage units.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?

Please have a valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

Is there a security deposit?

There is no security deposit.

Am I required to store long-term?

Store with LTP Rentals short or long-term. We offer flexible month-to-month leases.

How do I pay my storage bill?

Pay your monthly storage bill online using a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. You can also mail a check or money order or utilize the dropbox at either location. Please call for an appointment if you need further assistance.

What am I not allowed to store?

You’re never allowed to store flammable or hazardous items such as gasoline or fireworks. We also prohibit illegal or stolen goods, plants, animals, and perishables. Contact us if you have additional questions.

What security features do you offer?

Both of our facilities are well-lit so you can safely access your unit at any time. Our Delap Avenue facility is under 24-hour video surveillance.
